Please note that both arrival and departure airport transportation services must be scheduled in advance.
We offer transportation, including limo, executive SUV, and town car services, from Midway to O’Hare, Union Station, Wrigley Field, Navy pier and McCormick Place. Depending on traffic, it could take between 20 to 40 minutes to get from Midway Airport to Downtown Chicago.

When you land, you'll receive a text message with your driver and car's information.
Follow the signs to the baggage claim area (LL) even if you haven't checked in any luggage.
Locate the exit door number (e.g., Vestibule 3D LL) and call or text your driver.
Walk outside and wait on the middle island, which is the limousine lane.
Is Chicago Midway Airport new for you? With Meet & Greet Service, we will wait for you at the bottom of the escalator, bearing a sign with your name on it. From there, the chauffeur will help with the luggage and show you the way to the limousine.
Real time flight monitoring is part of the service we provide. The pick-up time is based on the new flight arrival time, regardless if the flight is arriving earlier or later. Once the flight is on the ground, we offer a grace period to allow you to get your bags. Please note that once the grace period expires, wait time charges apply. In order to avoid wait time charges, you have the option for the driver to arrive at the airport 30 minutes or 1 hour after the flight gates. This needs to be mentioned at the time of the booking or be added in the Instructions for online reservations.
